Balance is one of my favorite attitudes because it helps us pay attention to where we are spending our time. In this video I share my favorite analogy for balance and how many people get the idea of a balanced life wrong. Balance is a matter of time wisely spent cultivating body, mind and spirit, solitude and sociality, work, rest and play, love for other, and love for self.
